Just awful

Just awful. Ordered on 3rd May, order status said due to dispatch same day. Nothing received, chased them two weeks later and was assured I would receive an update. No update came. Called again and was promised an update by 11am. Still no update. Called again, no reply. This was for a few blank stickers.
Update: After leaving this review I contacted the company through their Facebook page. I'm guessing this is the parent company in the USA. They responded quickly. My money was refunded and the stickers sent out the same day, I received them this morning. But, I shouldn't have to do this to be supplied promptly with the items I have purchased.

Used to be great, poor service now

They used to be great, service is awful now. Deliveries take ages. When you order it states 1-3 business days for despatch. Then it just sits there on their system saying ready to despatch, but not actually being despatched. You have to chase and chase to get an answer. They also use Fedex who are next to useless and you can't find out any information. Login is a nightmare. Never remembers password so constantly have to reset, then it says it doesn't recognise your email, even though i've placed over 10 orders with them in last year.
Only good thing is their online designing template which is why i keep buying their labels. But I need to find another supplier now.

Was just slightly mocked by a sales rep for my email address.

Their labels are okay, we use thousands. A time or two over the last year their dies are set to deep & it causes issues with our labeling machine.

But that's not what prompted me to leave a review. I just called in to pay for a custom order, I've been shopping with this company for about 5 years so I still use my personal email versus my business one.

A part of my email is "culturelost" which is a very personal reference to me in regards to my father's cultural, my culture, there are only about 50,000 of us left (pre covid, less now). It's a big factor in my life.

So when the sales rep began to read my email back for confirmation sake she read the "culturelost" part, scoffed, said "really..." then continued with a tone of disdain until I hung up.

Now I don't know if she is a racist & is bugged by the idea that a person can be from a culture that is decimated or if she's an SJW & felt like my name didn't look "ethnic enough" to have cultural genocide play a factor in my life.

No matter the reason nor how brief the instance was it was unacceptable & has made me really uncomfortable.

I am also worried because this person has access to my card number or could mess up my order on purpose.

So I guess be careful bringing your business here if you're from a culture that has suffered loss.

Poor Service

The company called UK online labels.com is based in Ireland which is obviously misleading. It should have been next day dispatch and their delivery time was quoted as 1-3 business days. My order was placed on the evening of 8 February, so should have been dispatched on 9 February and delivered on 12 February. The order was dispatched on 15 February and I am still waiting for it as of today 18 February. I called their UK number to chase my order and it was diverted abroad to a voicemail that said there was no-one to take the call. Please leave a message. Clearly unacceptable and I would advise the reader to order from a UK based supplier.

Appalling delivery time

Appalling delivery time. took over 4 days to dispatch and then another 4 days to arrive.
Don't forget these guys are in the EU so use A4labels instead to get things quicker.

Ordered my paper a month ago and I…

Ordered my paper a month ago and I emailed them 2 wks after I ordered. They said they were waiting for the stock to come on Friday, my order will be process before early next week. But still I'm waiting for the samples and the products I ordered. I thought I'm the only unlucky one but found out I'm not the one. I was on a high hope to get the product within a week as they said it won't be longer than 5 days to process and depends on the delivery type you pick but no I still have not received any of my stuff! Today I checked the status its still processing. I am very disappointed feel like it is a scam and everyone praising of it. Saw YouTube seems like everyone using it. Need to find a different company now.

We're about to give up with this…

We're about to give up with this company!
The product is great, no complaints there.....but the processing and despatch time is simply awful. Our latest order was placed 2 weeks ago, and on the tracker is showing estimated despatch no later than 5 days ago but it has not been depatched.
Our previous order took over a month to arrive.

Very slow delivery and processing

Ordered some samples at the beginning of October to try different materials for stickers. 2 months later, they still haven't arrived. I contacted customer service about a month after I ordered to ask about it, and was told they would prioritise my order but it is still nowhere to be found! I am highly disappointed as I was hoping to launch products for sale over Christmas, and wanting to give the benefit of the doubt I didn't go elsewhere. Got the 2 stars because the customer service was prompt, otherwise it would be 1!

Amazing service

My sample labels came within a week of purchase great quality and will recommend to others. Can't wait to buy from them again.
